06/15/2025 - 06/21/2025
AS SEEN ON

In-Depth Retreat Overview

Experience a harmonious blend of bodywork, breathwork, and holistic practices designed to nurture the body, mind, and spirit. This retreat weaves together the therapeutic flow of Kahuna Bodywork with the dynamic, elemental energy of Tetra Breathwork, creating a balanced and transformative journey of learning, connection, and self-discovery.

Under the expert guidance of Luke, you’ll explore the art of Kahuna massage, mastering flowing, rhythmic techniques that release muscle tension, clear energetic blockages, and foster intimacy and connection. Alongside this, you’ll immerse yourself in the invigorating practice of Tetra Breathwork, a movement-based breathing technique inspired by the four elements, awakening your inner vitality and deepening your energetic awareness.

This retreat is an invitation to step into a space of balance—where physical skill-building meets emotional healing, and where learning to give is as profound as receiving. All are welcome, from curious beginners to experienced practitioners, to come together in the supportive and vibrant community of the Jungle Gayborhood in Costa Rica.

What To Expect

  • Learn the full-body Kahuna Bodywork technique, including warming up, oiling, deep body movements, and opening and closing rituals with a sarong.
  • Engage in Tetra Breathwork sessions, integrating breath and body movements inspired by the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, and Air, for awakening and healing.
  • Practice partner breathing, group connection exercises, and optional water rebirthing experiences to deepen your exploration.
  • Enjoy an immersive group environment in the lush surroundings of the Jungle Gayborhood in Costa Rica, designed for personal growth, shared energy, and profound transformation.
