This retreat is for all people assigned female at birth and/or currently identifying as female; this means inclusive of all trans folks and all female bodied NB folks. Our intention is to create a sacred space where you can fully embrace your true self. This retreat isn’t just about deep work—it’s about doing that work so we can have fun, celebrate, and live joyfully. Through a blend of hypnotherapy, yoga, 🍄 sacred plant ceremonies and somatic practices, you’ll release old patterns and integrate powerful insights and new ways of being. And because healing and transformational growth is accelerated in community, we’re bringing in dance parties, connection exercises, hikes down to the waterfall, and plenty of laughter.

The purpose of this retreat is to bring you to the place of deep peace within yourself that inspires more joy into your daily life. What is deep transformational work for, other than to have more play and fun? On this transformational retreat we will dig deep, excavate, and transform – not for it’s own sake, but rather to build a bridge to the experience of life fulfillment.

PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT: Anna, Nai and the Jungle Gayborhood aim to inspire personal exploration, radical self-expression, and a sense of connection – internally, with community, and with nature. We actively cultivate practices that support these goals by consciously exploring embodiment practices, authentic relating, somatic movement therapy, shamanism and plant ceremonies.

All cabins are handmade primarily from locally-sourced bamboo, and while they are protected from the elements and enclosed in mosquito netting, they are open air and have spectacular views of the jungle. Private and shared accommodation options are available.

A shared cabin with two comfortable twin-size beds. You will have one bed to yourself and you will be matched with another participant who will sleep in the other twin bed.
A shared cabin with four comfortable single beds. You will have one single bed to yourself and you will be matched with three other participants who will sleep in the other beds.

All cabins share a gorgeous bamboo bathhouse and shower facilities.
A/C is unnecessary in our region.
Price includes accommodation, use of facilities, and morning embodiment classes (such as yoga, meditation, etc) offered several days per week.
This price does not include the cost of meals ($50/person/night).
We have an in-house chef who prepares fresh and delicious meals daily, using local, organically grown ingredients whenever possible. We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions.
