AS SEEN ON

In-Depth Retreat Overview

[This retreat is open to all - inclusive of all backgrounds, gender identities, and sexual orientations] We're thrilled to invite you to a transformative retreat unlike any other: Living the Soma Mantras, an intimate dive into Lorin Roche’s unpublished manuscript, nestled in the heart of the vibrant Costa Rican jungle. This exclusive retreat, taking place from July 16-23, 2024, promises a journey back to the essence of joy and aliveness that we have access to with each and every breath. Join us for a once-in-a-lifetime experience and the first-ever public exploration of the Soma Mantras, a 1400-page manuscript born out of a period of deep introspection and channeling by Lorin Roche. Your participation not only grants you access to these groundbreaking practices but also offers you a chance to influence the final form of this work in progress. Over 7-days, we’ll delve into the ancient wisdom of the Soma Mantra, inspired by the blissful Rig Veda's song of joy. Discover how our bodies can produce states of profound rest and electrifying presence. These meditations, rooted in tantra, offer a path to inner lovemaking and a direct experience of the sacred in our daily lives. What You Will Discover
  • Enriching Daily Meditation Practices: Awaken your senses and establish a meditation routine that celebrates the fullness of life.
  • Diverse Meditation Techniques: From grounding to erotic meditations, learn to activate all your senses, anytime, anywhere.
  • Deepened Connection: Slow down and deepen your connection to yourself, others, and nature.
  • Nature's Wisdom: Explore the elemental wisdom of water, earth, fire, air, and space in the lush landscapes of Costa Rica.
This isn't just a retreat; it's a portal to a new way of being, where every breath is a celebration. Ready to embrace the fullness of life?
